Former National Security Advisor Susan Rice will examine America’s economic, political and security relations with China during CHINA Town Hall, an 80-city live discussion and Q&A on China and Sino-American relations that will include local speakers at venues across the country on October 24.

Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe is coming for a state visit at the beginning of next week (April 28th) and will address a joint session of Congress. Since everyone is waiting to see what stance he will take in this lead up to the 70th anniversary of the end of WW II on Aug 15, this is a perfect teaching moment for our NCTA teachers -- in world history, U.S. history, current events, etc. Available for your use are two sets of materials to aid in your teaching of this event. Asian World Experience will take place Saturday, April 4 at the OU-Tulsa Learning Center. There is no cost to attend this interactive and educational fun-fair.
